Toys for Tots at Haspin November 14th
For those of you that are planning on attending the Toys for Tots event at Haspin on November 14th -- If you would like a shirt for the event, you need to preorder via the FBJ website. Here is a direct link http://www.scoutgraphics.com/product.php?product_id=338&subcat_id=56
Order deadline is November 2nd.
Shirts will be held at the event registration desk for pickup.
We are using the website in an attempt to keep inventory in line with demand. There may be a very limited amount of shirts availible at event -- so if you want to be sure to get a shirt, please preorder.
By the way.....Muddy Buddies are currently making us look bad....they have several orders in work.
Don't forget, profits go to a good cause...and yes, you will still be ugly with this shirt, but it may improve your personality.
Thanks for your help, and see you at Haspin

OK, I'll still be ugly but let's just see if a t-shirt can improve my personality.
Ordered today.

From the IFWDA website...
"Just a heads up for those coming to attend the Toys for Tots/Quarterly Meeting event at Haspin in a couple weeks. State Rd. 121 is currently closed just North of US 52 (South of Laurel) for replacement of a bridge. Hopefully it will done before the event. Also, there is a closure of 121 for a small bridge repair that is supposed to start on 11/1 just on the North side of Laurel.
I only live a few miles from Laurel, and will post updates and alternative routes as the event gets closer."

Yes, ordered mine some time ago.
Looks like I have rounded up 3 or 4 followers to be new attendees at this event.
See you in a couple of weeks.

If anyone wants to bring some cookies, cupcakes or a simple dessert, that would really help things out.

If you drive into Laural via the Connersville route.. The bridge right before the Cemetery in Laural is CLOSED and will be closed from 11-1-2009 to 12-21-2009.
From what I see, the people coming in from the North, have to go though Brookville, or Rushville, and enter Laural from the South side.
Yes State Road 1 is open from Cambridge City (70) to Connersville, but 121 is closed from Connersville to Laural.
The repairs on 121 South of Laural are complete at this point (rumor has it, I don't go that way)

I can't get there from here!
Guess we'll come across on IN 252.
Thanks for the update, I have informed my navigator to NOT book us in any lodging in the Connersville area, to look for something east or south of Laurel.

From Connersville, take SR 1 south thru Everton.
Turn right (west) on Laurel Rd.
Continue on Laurel Rd. until driveway (Haspin driveway hairpin left turn) before Dam Rd.
